What does it mean to live a life of non-harming?… How do we cultivate the courage and wisdom to turn towards difficulty?… What gets in the way?
Spend several peaceful afternoons exploring how our personal and collective ethics are the bedrock that connects and supports the steady heart of loving-kindness, contentment, generosity and compassion.
Drawing primarily on Buddhist perspectives through formal sitting and walking meditation, gentle yoga and interactive practices, we’ll look at what supports and develops these qualities, as well as the the challenges and obstacles along the way. A good portion of each afternoon will be held in silence.
